Michal Kozelka

Michal has joined IPM Group in 2020 and is responsible for complex analytical support of group investment portfolio, financial modelling, valuations, and transaction consultancy. He has extensive experience in financial analysis and investment advisory, with a focus on private equity and venture capital.

Prior joining IPM, Michal has worked with several investment firms and M&A boutiques with focus on CEE region. His roles have involved financial modelling, business plans’ creation, valuations, and overall transaction structuring. Michal has been involved in numerous local as well as cross-border deals across various industries, including, automotive, engineering, software, internet media, food industry and nuclear, among the others.

He holds a master’s degree in finance and Economics from the University of Economics in Bratislava and has completed several courses related to investment and corporate finance topics.
