Miroslav Baňár

Miroslav Baňár is a Paralegal & Compliance Associate who supports IPM’s legal and investment teams at every stage of transaction preparation and execution. Drawing on a solid grounding in law and a keen eye for operational detail, he helps ensure that daily activity remains consistent with evolving regulatory, governance and investor-disclosure requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Since joining IPM, Miroslav has become the first point of contact for formal correspondence with law-enforcement and supervisory authorities; he also maintains the firm’s core databases, data rooms and statutory registers. He prepares tailored KYC and AML questionnaires that underpin IPM’s compliance controls, drafts contractual documentation under attorney supervision, and manages signing checklists at closings. Colleagues rely on him for first-line technical support and for liaising with notaries and public registries to record statutory changes promptly.

Miroslav is currently completing his law degree at the Faculty of Law, Comenius University in Bratislava, after previously studying at Charles University in Prague. Earlier in his career he served as the first point of contact for citizens at Bratislava City Hall, guiding visitors through municipal procedures and ensuring their requests were processed accurately and on time.
